Put Some Real Effort Into It

It is not that simple as just adding weights to your program. Don’t think that just doing a combination of cardio and some weight training will make a big difference in how you look.

You can’t get away with just doing it at a leisurely pace, you can’t just put in the time. If you want success, put in the effort. If you want results, get those muscles to work hard. You can’t just be lazy and go through the motions and expect results. You must put some effort into it.

The important thing here is intensity. The secret to burning fat and the fastest way to build muscle lies in the intensity of the workout. The higher the intensity, the more muscle groups will be affected by the workouts. You need to get some bite in that workout. Don’t be afraid to exert those muscles to the point of fatigue. Start Weight Training For The Fastest Way To Build Muscle

If you want to lower your body fat and build pure muscle a lot quicker, start hitting those weights. You need to lower your metabolism if you expect to lose body fat.

A program that combines cardio exercise with resistance training is your best bet. Increase your metabolism and your body will reward you.

Increased metabolism will result in your body continuing to burn off fat long after the exercise has ended. The sad fact is that simple cardio exercises do little to increase your metabolism. That form of exercise is just not strenuous enough to get the job done. That is why you need to add the weights.
