Start Weight Training For The Fastest Way To Build Muscle

If you want to lower your body fat and build pure muscle a lot quicker, start hitting those weights. You need to lower your metabolism if you expect to lose body fat.

A program that combines cardio exercise with resistance training is your best bet. Increase your metabolism and your body will reward you.

Increased metabolism will result in your body continuing to burn off fat long after the exercise has ended. The sad fact is that simple cardio exercises do little to increase your metabolism. That form of exercise is just not strenuous enough to get the job done. That is why you need to add the weights.
