Put Some Real Effort Into It

It is not that simple as just adding weights to your program. Don’t think that just doing a combination of cardio and some weight training will make a big difference in how you look.

You can’t get away with just doing it at a leisurely pace, you can’t just put in the time. If you want success, put in the effort. If you want results, get those muscles to work hard. You can’t just be lazy and go through the motions and expect results. You must put some effort into it.

The important thing here is intensity. The secret to burning fat and the fastest way to build muscle lies in the intensity of the workout. The higher the intensity, the more muscle groups will be affected by the workouts. You need to get some bite in that workout. Don’t be afraid to exert those muscles to the point of fatigue. When they get well worked and fatigued, you will see the desired results. Body fat loss and new muscle development will be your reward. Get to it today! Until my next post,
